The Commercial IP team is part of Bristows' internationally renowned IP department and is made up of lawyers specialising in commercial, IP and IT transactions. We are recruiting separately for the IT role.
The work of the team is extremely varied with a mixture of high-tech work relating to leading edge technologies as well as brands and marketing. Ares that we cover include - pharmaceuticals and biotech, licensing, research and development collaborations, strategic alliances, clinical trials, manufacturing.
Brands- marketing and publishing, merchandising, promotions, sponsorship, creative development, celebrity endorsement, on and off-line publishing, portfolio restructuring.
Experience in development, licensing and partnering agreements in the biotech/pharmaeceutical sector would be a particular advantage. A scientific/technical background is not needed.
We are re-locating to new build offices at 100 Victoria Embankment (beside the Thames and Blackfrairs Station) at the end of 2007.
