Handling a broad ranging caseload of commercial & contracts matters, the successful applicant will support a wide range of PFI projects. Utilising your legal knowledge you will assume a broader commercial role and have input into structuring tenders, reviewing, drafting and negotiating principal agreements and contracts, assessing risk and liaising with a whole range of advisers and other business entities. This is a great opportunity to broaden your skill set in a dynamic environment that recognises individual input. Good salary and package.
