With a turnover of c.£40m and approximately 400 people in our group, Loewy has ambitious plans for the future. Due to a program of strategic acquisitions in the communications market place, we are looking for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join the team to guide us through our period of growth and change from a contractual stand point.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 18 months PQE gained in drafting, negotiating and amending a broad range of commercial contracts. This role will be an integral part of our business and you will be expected to advise internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of contractual issues. You will have a solid background in commercial law and be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
This role will be working with our current In-house Counsel as well as members of the senior management team, so you must have gravitas and be confident at communicating at all levels within the organisation.
