Commercial Dispute Resolution/Insolvency Lawyer - Job Description
Lamport Bassitt’s insolvency team, ranked as leader in its field in the South of England, is praised by insolvency practitioners for its "commerciality" and for being "so approachable and responsive".
Following an influx of insolvency work the team is now looking to expand with the hire of a further specialist insolvency lawyer at its Southampton office. The role is to support the team's Partner and its Associate in continuing to deliver fast commercial advice to its clients.
The successful candidate is likely to be a solicitor or barrister with between 2 and 5 years PQE, with experience of working in a City or leading regional firm in one or more of the following practice areas:
· Commercial dispute resolution
· Professional negligence
· Insolvency
Insolvency experience is preferable but not essential. What is essential is a determination and drive to succeed as part of a team.
