The IT team advises a wide range of private sector clients regarding all forms of IT, including information law (data protection and Freedom of Information), E-Commerce, IT Procurement and Outsourcing (IT Business Process). The work of this part of the IT team is transactional and advisory rather than litigation, although the team often gets involved in advising on 'troubled' IT projects when it works closely with Bristows' IT litigators.
We are re-locating to new build offices at 100 Victoria Embankment (beside the Thames and Blackfriars Station) at the end of 2007.
We require an Associate with:
Strong academic background.
2-5 years' relevant solid IT experience, including patent licensing and outsourcing.
The team consists of 3 partners, 7 other associates and 2 trainees.
