Background

You will work on the development of construction projects already taking place along with additional future work.

The development of projects requires a significant degree of legal input in a range of areas.

My client currently has a legal team with specialist lawyers in the following areas:
o Public procurement and construction;
o Planning and environmental law;
o Property;
o Compliance; and
o Insurance and litigation.

My client also uses external legal advisors where necessary.
It is vital that both external and internal lawyers work together to ensure that knowledge of the activities of my client
are working towards a common gal and the expertise and experience provides the best support possible.

Position
My client now wishes to appoint a solicitor to its legal team.
This role provides support in a critical legal area.
