COMMERCIAL LAWYER – GLOBAL COMPANY - WEST LONDON

Our client is a multi-billion dollar publicly listed technology company with a major global presence. Located within the M25, our client’s portfolio of products is innovative and diverse, and provides customers with cost effective, business efficient technology solutions that are unrivalled within the market.

An opportunity now exists for a commercial lawyer to join the European legal team. You will be involved in multi-million dollar contract negotiations with customers, and also provide legal advice to various divisions of the company including sales, finance and HR.

You will ideally be a 2 years+ pqe qualified lawyer with excellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skills as well as a good understanding of business and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously. You will excel at developing client relationships An excellent first in-house move.
