Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Contracts specialist (ideally with 2-5 years PQE) to join the Sheffield team.
Our client is a large commercial law firm with an excellent clientbase.
Areas of responsibility for this position will focus on negotiating, reviewing, amending and advising on
general commercial contracts from agency agreements to multi-million pound outsourcing contracts.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Good corporate experience from within a respected firm
• Good level of academic achievement
• Proactive approach to technical development
• Ability to deliver straight-forward and commercial advice to clients
• A flexible approach to client demands
• Experience of advising on IT and telecommunications contracts (desirable)
