Commercial Litigation Associates (Finance Dispute Resolution), London (three years'+ PQE) - Job Description
We are looking to recruit one or two additional Commercial Litigation associates to join our Finance Dispute Resolution team, which is part of our wider Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, headed by David Allen. The team is industry-focused, bringing together associates with the specialist experience necessary to provide banks and other financial institutions with a comprehensive dispute resolution service. We advise banks and other financial institutions on the management and avoidance of legal risk. Where disputes arise, we represent those clients in civil proceedings and in other forms of dispute resolution procedure, including mediation. We also act on regulatory investigations and proceedings and contentious insolvency-related proceedings, with associates in the team being part of the firm's cross-border inter-disciplinary subprime task force and special situations group.
Successful candidates will be UK qualified and have three + years’ Commercial Litigation experience in a well-regarded City practice. Ideally, the candidate would have solid experience of acting for financial institutions within a banking litigation practice.
