Due to the continuing growth of our Commercial litigation team and its continued ability to attract great quality work, we are recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Plymouth team in a newly created role.
The Commercial Litigation team undertakes a wide variety of work including general commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, property litigation and debt recovery. The team act for a range of clients including Carlsberg, B&Q, and other hosuehold names as well as local and national insolvency practitioners.
This role can offer a fantastic start to a career in litigation as it will give the successful candidate access to a truly broad caseload.
It would be helpful to have had a seat in commercial litigation or a related litigation area but the overriding skill required is an ability to build relationships with key clients. Much of the work is client facing and you will therefore need to have a confident but friendly manner. This role will offer support to our wider Litigation team so the successful candidate will also show a willingness to work with cross office teams.
