An opportunity has arisen in our Liverpool team for a general commercial litigator with a minimum of three years' previous experience to help us achieve that aim. We have a consistent, structured approach to advising clients and managing the litigation process, centred upon the early definition of objectives and a transparent approach to costs. Candidates will benefit from excellent training, exposure to a broad commercial litigation caseload and a highly supportive and friendly environment. The successful candidate will be used to handling heavyweight commercial disputes as part of a team and is likely to be already working in a large regional or City firm renowned for its litigation practice. Good client handing and marketing skills are prerequisite.
