Client
Top level city firm with a strong reputation for commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as insurance and reinsurance is looking for a PSL to sit within their Commercial Risk team reporting to the Risk and Compliance Partner. Their approach to the PSL function is fantastic and the partners and departmental heads fully support and champion the service that the Knowledge Management team provide. As a PSL you will play an integral and important part of the 10 strong PSL team that will manage and execute key knowledge, business and practice development projects and initiatives.
You
Previous PSL experience is not essential but you should ideally have at least 4 years' good quality post qualification experience of insurance, and a strong desire and passion in the law. This is a really exciting role, as it is a brand new position and the first in the department, and you will take charge of tasks including running an internal precedent and know-how service, compiling regular briefings on the latest case law, keeping the team posted on market initiatives relevant to the team, producing a regular Market Watch update and producing a briefing note of updates for clients.
