A vacancy has arisen at one of our clients leading commercial practice in Liverpool. The role is based within the Commercial Litigation umbrella. However, will be dealing with Professional Risk management.
Ideal candidates will have between 2 and 5 years' experience (although all applications will be considered). Whilst defendant professional indemnity experience is an advantage, candidates with a background in professional indemnity, commercial litigation or contentious construction will be considered.
The role involves working closely with a partner within the team running on a day to day basis high value and, on occasions, high profile claims for the insurers of all professionals but architects and engineers in particular. In addition you will be running your own caseload.
The role also involves considerable client contact as well as the opportunity to speak at seminars and attend business development events. An ability to communicate effectively with professional clients is essential.
