We are looking for a good all round commercial litigator. Expertise might include disputes in relation to good and services, restrictive covenants, confidentiality, employment related civil litigation, intellectual property, construction, defamation or professional negligence. We envisage the right candidate will develop specific expertise of one or more of the above legal areas and also an involvement in one of our core industry sectors.
experience and experience
A highly competent and well respected practitioner
Able to become a referral source of choice internally an externally for contentious matters.
Strong technical competence and intellectual ability.
Exceptional self-motivation and ability to assume complete responsibility for own matters.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent client management skills.
A track record of at least some successful practice development.
Well regarded where you are by colleagues and clients alike
High quality expertise in one or more of the areas above would be a bonus
