Our Client is seeking a 2 – 4 pqe Property solicitor to join their Real Estate department in Sheffield. The Commercial Real Estate team is one of the UK’s largest and most active commercial property departments handling some of the most complex and technically demanding commercial and legal challenges in the industry.
As part of this role the successful candidate will advise on all aspects of commercial property business including commercial landlord and tenant matters and portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience from a recognised property department of a major or medium sized firm, a good level of academic achievement, the ambition to succeed as a member of a friendly, professional team and have a flexible approach to client demands
