Commercial Property - Nottingham/Spalding - Job Description
The Legal 500 listed real estate team now seeks two additional commercial property solicitors (ideally 4 PQE+) to be based in either Nottingham or Spalding. Working as part of a busy team which includes eight partners, you will provide a range of services across all commercial property sectors on behalf of clients including a significant number of blue chip companies. More specifically, the team handles strategic land acquisition and development, sale or purchase, commercial leases, conditional contracts and options, planning and infrastructure, property portfolio sale or purchase, commercial property mortgages, minerals and aggregates, joint ventures and multiple landowner agreements.
