This national organisation is looking to recruit a bright and personable locum to spearhead a move to deal with property matters in-house, as opposed to relying on the current out-sourcing procedure.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a leading role, and, as a result, will possess the experience and aptitude to deal with a broad range of property matters unsupervised. They will have a confident and client facing style and, vitally, hold the requisite gravitas and sense of responsibility to effectively guide a close-knit team of juniors.
