This leading Legal 500 Firm are looking for one ambitious, hard-working and bright newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Property Group in the York Office.
The Property Group is involved in major property development for significant developers in Yorkshire e.g. Wykeland Group, Sewell,large acquisitions for property investment groups e.g. Belgrave Land, specialist acquisitions and development schemes in the healthcare
and retirement village sector - Oakbridge Retirement Villages, general acquisitions, disposals and leases for a wide range of business clients, and property support on corporate and project schemes. The appointee will be encouraged to get actively involved in business development activities. This is absolutely essential
working within the Yorkshire marketplace.
The appointee will possess a genuine interest in and desire to be involved in the "property world", commercial awareness, good technical skills, a willingness to learn and to take responsibility for self-development, ambition, drive and stamina, good team-working skills, ability to manage projects, and a good sense of humour and positive attitude.
