Commercial Property Associate Solicitor / London

With offices in London and the South West and over 300 staff, the firm has an impressive national and international client base.

They are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 4 years relevant experience at assistant level or associate level to join their London office.

Their long-established reputation in commercial property is recognised by other property professionals and by leading independent legal directories such as Chambers and the Legal 500.

The client base covers Corporate clients - ranging from FTSE 100 property investment companies through to small, family-run companies and including Pension Fund Clients.

The successful candidate will come with good commercial property experience in :

- a broad mix of non-contentious Commercial work, including landlord and tenant, freehold acquisitions and disposals, and developers.
- acting for private investors, commercial tenants, and banks. Property finance and secured lending would also be an asset.
- managing trainee solicitors would be ideal.

Business development skills and enthusiasm are also highly desirable.

This role offers genuine prospects at a mid-tier practice with an expanding London presence.You will be joining a large property team although the London commercial property department is made up of 1 partner and 1 assistant solicitor.

This role offers excellent prospects, a high quality of work and a real work-life balance in terms of central London hours.
