Due to further expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our expanding and highly regarded commercial property team based at Preston.

The firm has one of the largest property departments within the North West and offers a supportive and friendly working enviornment.

The successful candidate willl have a good level of experience of dealing with agricultural and landed estate matters and have the ability to provide clear, precise and practical advice.

The ability to meet client needs and demonstrate excellent client practice development skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.

To have gained the required level of skills and experience candidates will normally be 3 years pqe but we are happy to hear from any applicant who can demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge that we are looking for.
