Commercial Property Lawyer, Nottingham

My client is a leading regional firm which has consistently delivered in cost and time effective manner for key clients in the market.
The Property practice has recently grown significantly and now represents a substantial proportion of the firm's overall commercial activity.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Commercial Property, ideally 0-3 years‘ PQE, and be ready to work across the spectrum of commercial property work.
Joining this dynamic and successful team, you will have the opportunity to build you career working with key actors in the market, including: developers, investors, owner-managed businesses and banks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic solicitor, willing to develop their career with a market leader. Initially acting on a large range of matters, you will later be given the opportunity (if you wish) to specialise as the department develops further.
