Commercial Property Locum

A public sector organisation in the East Midlands require a commercial property locum for an immediate start.

Applications will be considered from solicitors who have managed their own commercial property caseload ideally within a public sector environment.

Successful candidates will be dealing with leases,licences,sales, lease renewals, land ownership enquiries, registrations and dealing with the Town & Country Planning Act.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment.

Typical working hours are 9:00am until 5:00pm however, flexible hours may be available for the right candidate.
