Due to continued success an outstanding opportunity has now arisen for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join the existing legal team of this global property company. This role is a key appointment, reporting to the European Legal Counsel and working closely with senior management you will provide comprehensive transactional support for all aspects of the business; your remit will be diverse as it is challenging.
Responsibilities will include;
• Management of legal issues related to property acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, leasing and developments;
• Responsibility for the legal resolution of all tenant issues; and
• Overseeing insurance issues
Who we're looking for
You will be an outstanding and highly motivated lawyer with at least four years' broad ranging property experience, covering; acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, corporate financing and structuring. You will be commercially astute with a proven ability to understand and provide clear advice on complex transactional matters. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
