Commercial Property Solicitor - Job Description
A medium sized Commercial firm in Birmingham requires a Commercial Property Lawyer with with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will work as assistant to Senior Partner/Head of Commercial Property Department and must be;
• Familiar with drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial/industrial/retail leases.
• Able to work in a team giving property support to Business Department.
• Willing to visit client’s premises for site inspections
• Familiar with leasehold extensions for flats (acting for Leaser/Management Company/Lessee.)
• Able to do commercial property sales and purchases of individual units or industrial estates and other commercial premises
Typical working hours are 9:00am until 5:00pm however, flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate.
