Commercial Real Estate - Hong Kong

We are looking for a 4 years' pqe + lawyer for a challenging new role.

Working directly with the CRE partner, the successful candidate will handle a predominantly commercial caseload but with some residential aspects, in particular as part of large scale commercial development transactions. This group is one of the only free standing commercial real estate groups in Hong Kong handling substantial deals on its own account with limited corporate support work.

Candidates should be fluent in Chinese, preferably Cantonese, for this role.
