Commercial IT solicitor - 2+ PQE - Job Description
This Magic Circle firm are looking for a solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE with experience of commercial contracts such as licensing and development, outsourcing, franchising and sponsorship agreements. The ideal candidate would also have experience of M&A/transactional IP work. The firm would also consider corporate lawyers who have had some exposure to the IP/IT aspects of transactions and would like to transfer.
