Company Commercial Solicitor - North Oxfordshire

This well regarded regional private practice north of Oxford with 9 partners based at its single office has a wonderful opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join its existing team. The department deals with a wide range of Company Commercial work for a variety of clients.

Ideally you should have an in depth knowledge of the following areas:

M&A, MBO's, Joint Ventures, Share Option Schemes, Venture Capital Schemes, Partnership Advice, Shareholder Agreements & Disputes, Trading Agreements, Terms of Business, Contracts, Trademarks, Insolvency, Competition Issues, Loans, Guarantees and Debentures.

In addition you should be bright and ambitious and able to work unsupervised on smaller transactions. The successful applicant will need to pick up and develop existing strong relationships with clients.

This position is likely to suit a solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE who can expect to receive a salary in the range of £35,000 - £55,000. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
