Company Commercial Associate/Solicitor – Worcestershire

We are presently working with a well-established firm in the Worcestershire area who are seeking to recruit an experienced company commercial solicitor to join their busy commercial team. The practice is well-renowned for the quality of their business law work, and is seeking a proactive and committed candidate who is seeking the opportunity to make their mark on the practice and drive the department on to greater things.

You will be working on a variety of files, including:-

• Joint ventures
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Formation of companies
• IT & e-commerce
• Agency distribution and franchise rights
• Share assets

As the department grows you will have the opportunity to continue with this wide range of files; alternatively there will be the chance to carve out a designated niche with the practice, firmly establishing yourself as a leading light within the marketplace within your specialism. Career progression is actively encouraged, and the firm have a proven track record in promoting staff from within to head up departments as a preference to looking externally.

This opportunity offers a superb opening for an experienced lawyer who may be feeling frustrated at lack of opportunities within a city firm, or someone who simply enjoys handling quality work but is seeking to avoid the morning commute to a firm where they are not receiving the recognition which they deserve.
