Our client currently has one partner who is a competition law specialist and are looking to expand to deal with the increasing workload. You should already have experience in competition law and in commercial law generally, as there will be some general commercial work elements to the role. There are excellent prospects for career progression going forwards.
You will specialise in EU and UK competition law and commercial agreements, covering the drafting and negotiating of all commercial agreements and advising on the competition law impact, competition law compliance, price fixing and cartels, complaints to the competition authorities, mergers and so on.
