Working on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, the additional need for a 2 PQE highly motivated lawyer has arisen. The opportunity to work on some very exciting deals comes with the territory too. The client base forms part of some of the UK's largest property developers. This is an opportunity to build on your current experience and really take you career to the next level as the position offers client facing and business development opportunities. Going forward, you should be confident in facing clients and ideally come from a firm with a construction bias. Experience of JCT standard form building contracts is absolutely necessary.
