Our Client wishes to appoint a Senior Non Contentious Construction Specialist, potentially at Partner level. A following will not be essential.
The team acts for both public and private sectors on PFI, PPP, Regeneration schemes and also for developers, funders and investors on a varied range of developments. The Sheffield non-contentious construction team forms part of the Projects Group that comprises eight partners and fifteen assistants across offices in London and Sheffield. Whilst the team is part of the Projects Group, it works closely with the London Construction group and the contentious construction team in the Sheffield office. The team in addition to focusing on private sector project work provides commercial construction support not only in projects but also to property and banking. The team is looking for an individual who enjoys building up client relationships, working closely with clients and their consultants and adding value to the clients’ business. Close liaison with other teams at the firm is also key, particularly with the banking and property teams. GM 1179
