My client is a leading international practice with offices throughout the world. They are looking to recruit two Construction Solicitors for their Manchester office. The role will involve advising on the formation, negotiation and administration of contracts and agreements as well as providing procurement and tendering advice. In addition, the role will encompass advising on professional appointments and Partnering. PFI/PPP project work will also be involved. The role will also form part of the firm wide Projects and Construction team and benefit from the resources and training within the wider group.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in non-contentious construction work as well as willingness to actively participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
