The construction team is ranked No. 1 in the region and needs an additional lawyer to deal with continued expansion. The team has a good balance of work in procurement and dispute resolution and could accommodate candidates who wish to specialise in one or the other and, equally, those who wish to be involved in a range of work across the spectrum. The role, however, is only suitable for specialist construction lawyers and an established track record of at least two years working in the field will be needed. A lawyer with the skills for the role is naturally vital, but in addition you must be eager to join an exciting Midlands firm and possess the discipline and drive needed to succeed.
