In this role you will be involved in all aspects of HR generalist support providing innovative, expert advice from a commercially astute standpoint. Your advice will be sought on matters such as performance management / review, probationary review, remuneration, recruitment & selection, retention, policy & procedure plus much more.

Your motivated and professional approach will give you the credibility to build effective relationships at all levels Working closely with partners you will possess an efficient and dynamic manner and always operate with integrity and honesty. Providing innovative and practical solutions you will be a true team player who has a keen eye for detail while your motivation and determination will drive your success in this position.

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years HR generalist experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm environment – professional services will be highly regarded.
