An exciting new vacancy has arisen within the Media Section of the Commercial Litigation Team based at Liverpool. To thrive within this role, the successful candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for media related issues including defamation, privacy rights and breach of confidence.
The successful candidate will work on cases in these areas and general Commercial Litigation matters to include contract claims, professional negligence actions and breach of warranty disputes.
To have gained the required level of skills and experience, candidates will normally be 0-2 years pqe but we are happy to hear from any applicant who can demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge that we are looking for, particularly candidates with any experience within the media industry.
