Major in-house legal team seeks a lawyer with experience of commercial contracts preferably gained working for or directly within a local authority.
The successful candidate will be drafting; negotiating; and advising upon a wide range of contracts including:- Contracts for services, Public Private Partnerships, IT contracts; Construction contracts, and Funding agreements. A knowledge of legislative framework and the law and affecting local authorities with particularly EU procurement law is highly desirable.
