We are looking for a lawyer who has from 2 years PQE with experience in IT contracts to assist a partner and senior associate with the negotiation of complex IT and IT outsourcing contracts acting for both customers and suppliers in the public and private sectors.
The successful candidate will be motivated by the quality of the work on offer and the prospects of career progression. We need team players who are not work-shy. A commercial attitude and a robust personality are essential. We will consider candidates from in-house or private practice backgrounds. We will also consider candidates who wish to move into this area provided they have related experience in projects related contracts work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with the drive and ambition to match their legal skills. A balance between supervised work and the freedom to lead on projects will be offered. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of client relationships and to assist in bringing on junior members of the team.
