This leading City firm's corporate team operates across the firm's network of offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Their clients encompass national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading European and US financial institutions.
Their experience covers a broad range of M&A transactions, public or private and complex cross-border. They have developed a reputation for handling complex innovative transactions such as the ‘Acquisition IPO' and regularly represent issuers and financial institutions as sponsors and finance providers.
The team has been involved in some very high profile transactions, including advising on a £17.7bn takeover offer by Telefonica for O2 and advising the UK Ministry of Defence on the £1.3bn IPO of QinetiQ, the first UK Government IPO for nearly a decade.
A dynamic, supportive group, there are excellent prospects for partnership within a short timeframe for the right candidate. They are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and want to join a growing international corporate practice. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in client development. The successful candidates are likely to have at least three years' experience of working on a range of corporate transactions.
Excellent academics and leading corporate practice background are also essential.
