You will deal with a superb client base and develop relationships with existing Lancashire clients, and will fully benefit from the support of the other offices. The caseload includes all aspects of corporate M&A, and dealing with partnerships, private and public companies, and LLP issues amongst other matters. Ideal for those candidates tiring of the arduous daily commute from Preston to Manchester.
