This role is part of our 10 strong and growing Corporate & Commercial team. The position will be based at first in Tunbridge Wells but then in the Thames Gateway office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn and progress and the position provides good long term career prospects.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload. This will mostly be transactional with small asset/small share sales and company purchases of own shares and shareholder agreements. There will be the opportunity to get involved in big transactions assisting with due diligence and disclosure. The caseload can be split between commercial and corporate work depending on the successful candidate's preference. There is also the chance to get involved with both the team's and the firm's business development activities.

Experience of working with Case Management systems would be an advantage and good ICT skills are important.
