Corporate Associate, US Securities Team - 2-5 years PQE - London - Job Description
Herbert Smith LLP has a well established US Securities practice, specialising in international capital markets transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset-backed securities and venture capital markets. Our US securities lawyers operate as part of a multi-jurisdictional legal team handling cross-border offerings targeted at the US and other markets.
We are looking for a US qualified lawyer with in the region of 2-5 years of US securities law experience, including a high level of exposure to equity capital markets and familiarity with mergers and acquisitions. Candidates will also have acted for underwriting banks on equity offerings into the US.
A strong academic background is essential and candidates will have earned a JD from a top 10 US law school and will have worked for a top 10 US Law Firm, either in the United States or abroad.
