Corporate Associates, London (two to five years' PQE) - Job Description
We are seeking Corporate Associates with two to five years’ PQE to join our successful Corporate team. The work of the group is predominantly of a transactional nature with a strong diet of acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, start ups, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, capital markets/IPO’s and secondary issues (AIM and main market) work.
The successful candidates will enjoy a variety of high quality, high profile work and will be encouraged to build and retain close relationships with the Group's clients, which range from international household names to smaller private companies.
Candidates should have a solid academic background and have trained and have experience in a top tier City or large well-regarded regional practice. Corporate Finance experience would be helpful. Team work is crucial to the success of the group and its relationships with
