A position has opened for a senior lawyer with approximately 5 to 9 years PAE, in the corporate and commercial group. The issues dealt with in this role will touch on all aspects of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. To be considered, you should have a considerable corporate weight to your CV, with exposure to complex M&A transactions, IPOs, private equity and equity capital markets.
