Corporate Energy Associates, London (two to five years' PQE)

The London corporate energy practice advises on all aspects of large scale energy projects, financing and corporate matters. The practice advises leading energy companies, regulatory bodies, investment banks and governments on projects undertaken in the downstream and midstream energy sector in the UK, across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The team, which deals with M&A, general regulatory and corporate development for the energy industries works closely with the firm’s highly regarded project finance group offering clients a seamless service. In addition, the firm’s commitment to the energy sector is evidenced by the group of associates across litigation, arbitration, environment, corporate, insurance and finance who work in this area.
We are seeking a dedicated corporate associate with a background in the energy sector to work closely with the head of the practice in continuing to build this successful practice.
