The successful candidate joining this highly motivated team can expect the workload to include mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. From week one you can expect to have hands on contact with blue chip clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected corporate team, giving your career as a corporate finance lawyer a premier start with a broad base of experience.
Ideally you will have completed a seat in Corporate Finance or Banking but more important is the ability to apply common sense and have a proactive attitude to work, particularly in seeing projects through to completion.
