The firm's London office, opened in 2003, expanded its international reach, and specializes in commercial and financial transactions (with a particular focus on energy, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity) and a range of other practice areas, including international trade, litigation and arbitration.

This growing firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Funds Formation Lawyer to join its London office. The role would ideally suit someone with specialist experience in funds or fund formation work, as well as global funds experience, setting up private equity funds and real estate funds. Experience working on UK and US matters would be advantageous, though is not a pre-requisite. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and will be qualified in the UK, though candidates without this who feel they can demonstrate the necessary skills are welcome to apply. Non UK qualified candidates are welcome to apply, though will need to have had experience of working on UK matters.
