The team is led by Corporate partner Mel Sims and enjoys an excellent reputation as one of the leading corporate transactional firms in the insurance and financial services sector. The team have been involved in a number of flagship transactions in the last 6-9 months and advises on all aspects of M&A transactions for insurers and Independent Financial Advisers, insurance regulation, Part 7 transfers and reorganizations.
We are keen to consider corporate lawyers who have already been exposed to the insurance/financial services sector whether through Lloyds or the commercial insurance market and who wish to continue to operate primarily in this sector.
