Corporate IPO 3 to 5 years PQE - Job Description
We are looking to appoint a lawyer with 3 to 5 years' PQE to our Hong Kong Corporate practice. The successful candidate will have gained extensive IPO experience in Hong Kong, ideally with a leading international firm. Experience of M&A and other general corporate work would also be useful.
Excellent academics and an enthusiastic and team focused approach are essential to fit into this marketing leading practice.Candidates should be fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read and write Chinese. We are acknowledged as one of the leading international corporate practices, advising on all types of corporate transactions including IPOs, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, demergers, corporate restructurings and competition and anti-trust. The China Corporate Group advises on both cross-border and domestic transactions and on inward and outward investments.
