The opportunity to work within a highly experienced, leading, young, ambitious regional Corporate team has arisen. The role offers the opportunity to do public and private company transactional work, including IPOs, fundraisings, takeovers, broad-based M & A, private equity and general corporate work for a range of national, regional and local clients; full exposure to clients; business development opportunities; working with two departmental PSLs to enhance the firm's know how base.
Qualifications
Those who are newly qualified must display good experience during corporate seat with recognised firm. This with relevant experience must have strong track record of good quality corporate work.
