A leading Irish mid-tier law firm has a newly created vacancy in their Corporate Department which is experiencing unprecedented growth.

This is a fantastic chance to join the one of the market leaders in corporate law in Ireland. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all aspects of corporate law including corporate restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, floatations, franchising & distribution and advisory work.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Candidates will ideally have 2+ years post qualified experience.
